Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• What you type into the wizard (business name, purpose, owner names, state, email) is processed in your browser to generate your documents. It is not sent to our servers unless you use a feature below.
• Email a package / waitlists / lead capture: if you provide an email, we store your name, email, chosen state, and tier on our server so we can send your package and follow up.
• We never collect SSNs, ITINs, payment card numbers, or government login credentials — don't enter them anywhere on this site.
• Basic server logs (IP, timestamp, endpoint) for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

To email you your formation package, notify you about the tiers you joined a waitlist for, and improve the product. That's it.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it for third-party advertising. Emails we send come from our own mailbox (Hostinger); delivery of your package goes only to the address you gave.

4. Where it lives & how long

Lead records are stored on our private server (EU/US hosting via Hostinger VPS) and retained until you ask us to delete them or the product is discontinued. Email yee@yeete.ai to access or delete your data — we'll act within 30 days.

5. Cookies & analytics

The Co-Starter pages set no tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated first.

6. Third parties you'll interact with

The wizard links you to official government sites (your state's filing portal, irs.gov, fincen.gov) and optional providers (e.g., banks). Their privacy practices are their own — what you enter there never touches our systems.
