How much does it cost?
Every offer has a fixed price listed above. After our call you get a one-page quote with the exact price and delivery date. If you're not sure where to start, the $750 audit gives you a plan, and the fee is credited toward any build within 14 days.
What happens to our data?
Your documents are used only to build and run your tool. I don't share them, and I use sample or blurred data in any demo. If your firm has specific privacy requirements, we set them out in the agreement before work starts.
How fast can you start?
Usually the week the deposit clears. Most builds are delivered in 10 days to 3 weeks; the audit takes 3 days.
Do we need technical staff?
No. You get a tool your team uses like any other app, a walkthrough, and a short written guide.
What happens after delivery?
The tool is yours to use. If you want me to host it, fix issues, and make small changes, the retainer is $1,500 a month and can be cancelled anytime.
